Information and access to personal data

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June, 30th 2003 “Code on the Protection of Personal Data ” (hereinafter referred to as “Code”), we inform you that personal Data voluntarily provided (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) will be processed by CIBIN S.R.L., Via Enzo Ferrari, 12 – 30027 San Donà di Piave (Venezia) – ITALY Share Capital € 98,800.00 e.d., entry onto the business register at number 241995 VAT number VE 02803190277 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), in compliance with current regulations concerning the protection of personal Data and related confidentiality obligations.

This Information Note contains part of the information required pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal Data and on the free movement of such Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 May 2016 and It shall apply from 25 May 2018, and, without delay, any subsequent amendment affecting them as a result of European or national legislative measures and / or provisions of the Supervisory Authorities following the publication of this Notice.

SUBJECT-MATTER AND OBJECTIVES

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The Data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.a) above will be processed for the entire lifetime of the same.

With your consent, the Data collected for commercial purposes referred to in the previous Article 1.b) will be stored for 10 years.

After such terms of retention, Data will be destroyed or transformed into anonymous.
