Information and access to personal data

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 dated June, 30th 2003 “Code on the Protection of Personal Data ” (hereinafter referred to as “Code”), we inform you that personal Data voluntarily provided (hereinafter referred to as “Data”) will be processed by CIBIN S.R.L., Via Enzo Ferrari, 12 – 30027 San Donà di Piave (Venezia) – ITALY Share Capital € 98,800.00 e.d., entry onto the business register at number 241995 VAT number VE 02803190277 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), in compliance with current regulations concerning the protection of personal Data and related confidentiality obligations.

This Information Note contains part of the information required pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal Data and on the free movement of such Data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 May 2016 and It shall apply from 25 May 2018, and, without delay, any subsequent amendment affecting them as a result of European or national legislative measures and / or provisions of the Supervisory Authorities following the publication of this Notice.

1. a) Processing is necessary to enable you to register on the website and enter the section dedicated to the sight of technical data sheets and product manuals.

We inform you that the provision of personal Data indicated with an asterisk (*) in the form is mandatory to complete during the registration process; therefore, any missing, partial or incorrect Data, makes it impossible to register. Provision of Data not marked with an asterisk is purely optional, therefore, their missing, partial or incorrect provision does not prevent you from registering.

Username and password will be your access credentials to the site.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address indicated during registration. By clicking on the link, you can confirm your wish to register and activate your account.

1. b) Subject to specific and express approval and until revocation of the same, your Data may also be processed for commercial purposes, such as, by way of example, the sending of communications and promotional offers relating to products offered by the Company and / or warning of Cibin s.r.l. events such as exhibitions and congresses, with automated methods of contact (e-mail).

It is understood that consent to the processing of personal information for this last purpose is purely optional; therefore, in case of denial to treatment, your Data will not be processed for this purpose.


Processing of Data is based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and Data minimization (privacy by design); it may be carried out either manually or through automated procedures designed to store, process and transmit them and will take place through appropriate technical and organizational measures, ensuring, as well, security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, avoiding the risk of loss, destruction, unauthorized access or disclosure or, in any case, illegal use, as well as by reasonable measures to cancel or correct inaccurate Data in relation to the purposes for which are treated.


The Data collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.a) above will be processed for the entire lifetime of the same.

With your consent, the Data collected for commercial purposes referred to in the previous Article 1.b) will be stored for 10 years.

After such terms of retention, Data will be destroyed or transformed into anonymous.


You have the right to ask the Owner the access to your Data, their correction or cancellation, the integration of incomplete Data, the restriction of processing; to receive Data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, to transmit this Data to another holder with no obstacle (right to portability); to oppose, in whole or in part, to their use for marketing purposes referred to in the previous letter 1.b), to revoke any consent given at any time, to propose a complaint to the Authority, as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable discipline.
